How To Make Adorable Pop-Up Cards

Have you thought about coming up with pop-up cards? It is fun to explore your creativity and create something new that will be useful in portraying your personality. Furthermore, you do not have to be tied to the traditional modes of giving gifts or passing greetings. If you are in need of something fun-filled, easy yet cute, follow the guide below to make adorable cards for any occasion;

-          You do not have to be reminded that colored paper is the most essential ingredient of this process.  Cut it out in pretty, fine edged rectangular pieces. Good cards should be double the height of the envelope that you purpose to use

-          Fold it to two equal halves with the shorter sides aligned to each other after which you should crease it with a ruler or your fingernails

-          Make two cuts of 1-inch long from the edges that you fold. Depending on the pop-up, you can increase the length and broad of the cuts. If you are not in favor of the gaping, cut another piece of paper to size, half it and voila!

-          You should crease the pop-up by nicely folding the flap in its excesses on the front  followed by the back
-          Make a choice on what to popup; Photograph, gift portraits, heart or a name; Cut this shape and glue it on the front of the popup; use glue stick.

-          Complete the card with a brief message of your choice. You can use ribbons, stamps, stickers, glitters and other materials that will simply beautify the uniquecards!
